  Mass media is all around us. Think about the following questions based on your own experience with media before reading the article.   What was the result of the experience? I learned that tasks can be done in many ways. I was also able to learn from the experiences of my co-workers. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation? When I don't just focus on my way of doing things, I could open my mind to other possibilities and learn other things. Having an open and flexible attitude also helped me to have a good working relationship with my friends. we should always seek the common good and that the objectives of the work team can be achieved. Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it? I can always learn from every situation I face. I should learn to be more flexible and not think that my ideas are not considered but that there are other ways of doing something. when we learn to value the abilities of all the results will always be the best.

  1.    How can you be environmentally friendly at work?  R/One way to care for the environment is by making Good decisions on issues like energy, it's important not to keep connected all the time an electronic device to energy even if we have it in abundance. Talking about the same topic, a suggestion will be that if we live in warm weather we could open the windows so the air can flow through the office or the space where we work and feel refreshed, or on the other hand if we live in cold weather instead of using the heater we can close the windows and use a jacket.
