During this journey of studying a career, I have been able to adapt myself to new ways of learning, to be punctual when I have to fulfill different activities from different subjects as well as being aware of the new topics ahead to research. Through this path, I am planning to manage a better way my schedule between my secular job and my professional preparation, I’m sure that if I do it, I become a better person not only in the academic field but also in my personal life because I will know how to divide the time with my family and the rest of my activities.

Thinking about the actions I have to carry out when I start to work as a programmer It is inevitable not to think about the possible situations that I will face when working with a team, *if I think beforehand on it, I Will find possible solutions now *because preparation is an important issue for the future.

We indeed need to be determined to do things we believe are correct, but we should take into account other’s opinions since more than one brain can bring amazing ideas and changes, that’s the definition of a leader: effective partnership. So if I worked by myself my team could have the worst record, this is something to think about before starting to work in a company Where co-working is required.

  What was the result of the experience? I learned that tasks can be done in many ways. I was also able to learn from the experiences of my co-workers. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation? When I don't just focus on my way of doing things, I could open my mind to other possibilities and learn other things. Having an open and flexible attitude also helped me to have a good working relationship with my friends. we should always seek the common good and that the objectives of the work team can be achieved. Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it? I can always learn from every situation I face. I should learn to be more flexible and not think that my ideas are not considered but that there are other ways of doing something. when we learn to value the abilities of all the results will always be the best.
