 What was the result of the experience?

I learned that tasks can be done in many ways. I was also able to learn from the experiences of my co-workers.

How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation?

When I don't just focus on my way of doing things, I could open my mind to other possibilities and learn other things. Having an open and flexible attitude also helped me to have a good working relationship with my friends. we should always seek the common good and that the objectives of the work team can be achieved.

Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?

I can always learn from every situation I face. I should learn to be more flexible and not think that my ideas are not considered but that there are other ways of doing something. when we learn to value the abilities of all the results will always be the best.
