1.    How can you be environmentally friendly at work? 
R/One way to care for the environment is by making Good decisions on issues like energy, it's important not to keep connected all the time an electronic device to energy even if we have it in abundance. Talking about the same topic, a suggestion will be that if we live in warm weather we could open the windows so the air can flow through the office or the space where we work and feel refreshed, or on the other hand if we live in cold weather instead of using the heater we can close the windows and use a jacket. Another thing we can do it's bringing our water from home, by doing so, we won't be using plastic only once which can help to reduce pollution and at the same time we'll be keeping healthy.


2.    What kind of incentives could a green company offer to its employees? 
R/An interesting incentive could be bonuses or extra breaks or lunchtime if they bring proof that they are living their own lives in a “green way”, for example, re-using pens that are done to do something creative or having at home cultivated plants or any other action that can have a positive impact in the environment. Other kinds of incentives could be discounts on the product the company owns, like that, the employee would be taking care of the planet and getting closer o the company.

 
      3. In what other ways could businesses involve their employees in environmental issues?
        R/ They can involve their employees in environmental issues by encouraging them to use recycled paper as much as possible or instead, send e-mails when possible. Also teaching them how to separate the garbage into different bags so that things like plastic or other materials can be used again later. Coming to work riding a bike or using public transportation, and even if it is possible working from home can be a good way to reduce pollution. When we all make efforts to care for the environment, that can mean a huge change in the global warming

  What was the result of the experience? I learned that tasks can be done in many ways. I was also able to learn from the experiences of my co-workers. How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation? When I don't just focus on my way of doing things, I could open my mind to other possibilities and learn other things. Having an open and flexible attitude also helped me to have a good working relationship with my friends. we should always seek the common good and that the objectives of the work team can be achieved. Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it? I can always learn from every situation I face. I should learn to be more flexible and not think that my ideas are not considered but that there are other ways of doing something. when we learn to value the abilities of all the results will always be the best.
